Our experiences in life shape our perspective of ourselves, and the world we live in.  At times, these views can begin to cause suffering and lock us into a life that isn’t what we desire.  
When suffering become unbearable help may be needed.
As humans, we long for connection; to ourselves, each other, and to the divine.    
My goal is to help my clients discover the strengths they already possess that can aid them in their recovery and reconnection.  I am here to assist you on that journey with an attitude of non-judgmental curiosity.  
Together we can make steps towards the life you want for yourself.
